From a palette of modalities, your massage session is made to order! A mixture of Swedish, structure, craniosacral, stretching, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, and medical massage techniques may be used during your session. This mix of modalities is unique to each massage and produces measurable results. Pressure levels range from light to firm, which will be discussed before and during your therapy session.
Meditation Massage
A refreshing addition to massage! I thought about adding meditation assistance with massage therapy due to the number of people that are unable to quiet their mind long enough to enjoy their massage. Many people focus on what they have to do for the day or the following day when they have an opportunity to fully enjoy their scheduled self care time. Why create a peaceful moment but not fully enjoy it's benefits? I'd like to help bring full peace and relaxation to you alongside the massage therapy!
Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Hospice massage is a delicate contact that provides comfort at the end of life. The power of touch can provide balance in emotions to help relieve suffering, it also makes a person feel cared for. I experienced Hospice while my mother lived her last days many years ago. I hold a special interest in helping families keep their loved ones comfortable in their final chapter.
